Fibre options for the 16 channel fibre optic mux The FMUX-01 can be fitted with a wide array of fibre optic transport modules, from short range 2Km multimode to long range 120Km singlemode. Each fibre module is available with 1+1 protection to ensure high availability of service. The FMUX-01 can also be equipped with WDM (wave division multiplexing) modules for transmission across a single core of fibre.

	Data modules for the 16 channel fibre optic mux The FMUX-01 can be fitted with a wide array of four port datacom modules - E1, T1, X.21 etc. Up to four modules may be fitted in any combination, giving a maximum of 16 port channels multiplxed over the chosen fibre module above.
