Broadband extension cable
This broadband extension cable connects between the ADSL side of the microfilter (splitter) and the broadband modem/router. We offer them here in various standard lengths but if you need something non-standard or even longer please contact us and we will make to your requirements.

Broadband Microfilter
A microfilter is required for all 'wires only' ADSL services and allows you to plug a telephone and ADSL modem into the ADSL enabled socket. It prevents the broadband signal from interfering with audio quality on the telephone and vice-versa, and one is required for each telephone and extension socket that is in use.
How Do I Install It?
Simply plug the filter into your telephone wall socket, it provides one socket for your ADSL device and the other for your phone/fax/answering machine.

Retractable cable
This neat retractable extension cable / adaptor kit can be used to connect a dial-up or broadband modem to the phone socket. It measures only 7.5cm x 5.5cm x 1.5cm making it ideal to slip into your notebook carry case where it won't tangle with all the other cables!
The body is fitted with a locking button to allow the cable to be locked at whatever length is needed. The cable is fitted with RJ11 (US phone socket) connectors found on most modems and broadband products.
It uses an extremely thin flat 4 core to keep the size down to a minimum and to ensure it springs back neatly.
