Broadband IP G.SHDSL & ADSL DSLAM
What does it do?
The DSLAM terminates up to twenty four G.SHDSL routers, such as the CT2300 and CT4600. It is typically used at a central site location and becomes the centre of a star connected group of subsidiary sites.
How do I use it?
It terminates up to 24 twisted pair circuits, which may be privately owned copper or leased EPS8/9 lines.
The 24 port DSL module is fitted with a 10/100BaseT network port which connects to a controller unit.
One controller unit (required) connects to up to seven 24 port DSL modules (168 ports max) by ethernet, and uplinks by 10/100BaseT or 100BaseFX fibre.

AM2048-CAP - 2Mbps DSL Modem

2Mbps line driver
The model 1088 is a low cost alternative to the AM2048 and provides 2 wire connectivity for routers, switches or other access devices at ranges up to 9.4km. Available in four fixed interface versions 10baseT, G703/4, X.21 and V.35 the model 1088 operates at rates selectable in steps of 64kbps up to 2.304Mbps - greater ranges are achieved at lower rates. The 10baseT version provides bridging with PPP support.

AM64/1024A - 1Mbps DSL Modem
The AM64/1024A can use either one or two pairs of copper wires for transmission. Speeds of up to 512Kbps are achievable using one pair and up to 1024Kbps on two pairs. The modem is rate adaptive allowing a trade of speed in order to gain greater distances.
The AM64/1024A is available with following optional range of interfaces: 10BaseT Bridge Router, X.21 (V.11), X.21bis (V.24), V.35, V.36, RS530 and G.703 (64Kbps Co-directional).

AM64/512A - 512Kbps DSL Modem
The AM64/512A uses a single pair a copper wires for transmission. Data rates up to 512Kbps are available in increments of 64Kbps. The modem is rate adaptive.
