Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. The site knows the weight of each item and will calculate the most economic despatch method when you go to the checkout. You can select an overnight delivery option or specify a separate delivery address at that time.
We accept credit card payments by Visa credit and debit cards, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Delta, Connect and JCB. We also accept payment by PayPal. It is safest and most secure to place your order online, but we are also happy to accept orders by telephone, fax or email.
Shipping And Handling
We offer either overnight insured carriage with City Link and Royal Mail Special Delivery or 1st class recorded delivery with the Post office.
Delivery Schedule
Stock levels are shown on the site and we aim to despatch in stock items the same day that you order. Our cut off time for same day day despatch is 3:30 pm, Monday to Thursday and 12 noon Friday.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock we will contact you to advise a despatch date. You will always be offered the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. Your card details are secure throughout - we only receive the last four digits of your credit card for identification purposes. We use SecPay as our payment service provider and they provide an email summary of the status of every card transaction. To help protect you from credit card fraud, if this status report does not meet our internal standards we may contact you.
Guarantee
Our goods are covered by a warranty as follows -
Piper serial to ethernet and Multilog call logging buffers come with a one year, return to base warranty* (These products are of our own manufacture).
All other items come with a three month, return to base warranty*.
Items failing outside the warranty period may be returned for repair or replacement. Please contact us in advance for a returns authrisation number. We will inspect the goods and advice the cost of repair or replacement.
*Return to base warranty - the goods should be suitably packed and sent back to our office - this cost is not covered by our warranty. We will repair or replace the goods at our discretion and pay the cost of returning the goods to you.

Returns Policy
We refund in full any faulty goods returned within 7 days.
Please call us for a returns number. Now the small print -
Goods that are returned with 7 days of reaching you -
- If we find that the goods are faulty we will refund your purchase, including postage, in full.
- If you return goods that we find are not faulty, we will refund the price you paid for the goods returned - not postage - provided that everything (packing, CDs, user guides etc) is in original condition. Opened items that are not in original condition will attract a restocking charge assessed by us at the time.
Goods that are returned after more than 7 days of reaching you -
- If everything (packing, CDs, user guides etc) is in original working condition we will make a 30% restocking charge. Postage costs will not be refunded.
- If the goods are not in original condition we will carry out an assessment and make a restocking charge accordingly. Postage costs will not be refunded.
NB: Before sending any goods back to us please call or email and explain the problem. We will issue a returns number which should be clearly marked on the delivery note or box. Please include notes of any problems found. We will not accept any returned goods that do not have returns number.
Remittance Terms
Business customers who wish to set up a credit account should contact us by email or telephone. To open an account we require that your first order is on a pro-forma basis. Non-business customers may pay by credit/debit card or cheque.
